We had a video call where we showed the items to move, so they were able to advise what van and how many people to book. Then they gave us the best quote among the removal companies we spoke to. On the day of the move they were on time, fairly attentive not to bump or to break anything. Would recommend.

Punctual and efficient. Too efficient, rather. I didn't expect them to be done so fast. There was some miscommunication between their sales and operations team, it seems - but when I brought it up they took money off our bill. It's important to go over the plan with the team on the day just to be sure it's all clear and covered in the quote you receive initially.
